ThisCheck is a free planning calculator made by M2D Solutions LLC ("we"). By using it, you agree to these terms.
A calculator, not advice
ThisCheck works out dates and amounts from the numbers you type. It is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, it is not a bank balance, and it can't know what your bank, your employer or your billers will do. Check with them before you rely on a date or an amount. M2D Solutions LLC is not a bank, lender, counselor or adviser.
Your payments are yours
You decide what to pay and when. You are responsible for your payments, and for any fees, interest or late charges, even if a plan in ThisCheck said otherwise.
No guarantee
ThisCheck is provided as it is, without any warranty. We work to get the math right, but we don't promise it is free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it.
Who can use it
Adults 18 and over in the United States.
Free, and it may change
ThisCheck is free. We may change it, or stop offering it. Before we shut it down, we'll say so on this site at least 30 days ahead, so you can save a backup of your plan.
Money we don't take
We don't take money from lenders, debt relief or debt settlement companies, or cash advance apps. The link to NFCC (nonprofit credit counseling) is unpaid. If we ever add a paid link, we'll say so right next to it.
